SuperBANKS
Capacitors are a fantastic solution for everyday electronics. From commercial use to custom-tailored solutions, capacitors aid in stabilizing voltage when you need it most. Capacitors are designed to deliver instant current based on the demand, which eliminates voltage sag when a load is applied. This means your voltage maintains stability for your electronics, allowing higher efficiency for your application.
Why A SuperBANK
A bank of capacitors does one thing a battery cannot: deliver current the instant it is asked for. Here is what that changes in the system.
Instant current on demand
A capacitor answers a load in milliseconds, before the battery or alternator has time to respond.
No voltage sag
Voltage holds steady when the load hits, which is what the rest of the electrical system is built to expect.
Higher system efficiency
Stable voltage means amplifiers and electronics run at the operating point they were designed around.
Works with any battery
A bank sits in parallel with whatever is already installed, lead or lithium, and does not change the charging setup.
Sized by the case
Over twenty case sizes, from a group 75 down to a powersports Q, so the bank fits the space that exists.
Built for commercial use
The same banks are used in commercial and custom applications, not only in audio installs.
Find Your Size
SuperBANKS are sold by the case they fit, not by series. Start from the size in the vehicle and pick the capacitance you want inside it.
Group 27
Full-size automotive case. The largest banks in a footprint most trucks and vans already have a tray for.
Group 31
The commercial standard case, and the size that holds the widest range of capacitance in the line.
Group 34
The most common passenger-car footprint. Drops into the factory tray with the stock hold-down.
Group 51
Compact import case, in standard and reversed-terminal versions.
Group 75
Side-terminal case carrying the biggest bank we build, at 1500 farads.
Group 65
Domestic truck and SUV case for stabilizing high accessory loads.
Groups 47 / 48 / 49
European DIN cases in three lengths, so late-model imports keep the factory mounting.
Groups 16 / 24
Tall-case fits for older domestic and import platforms.
Q Cases
Powersports footprints for UTVs, bikes and sleds where the electrical system is small but the loads spike hard.
L Cases
Low-profile cases for tight installs and race cars carrying minimum weight.
Group 5
The smallest bank in the line, available on its own or as a mounted kit.
1200 Case
Race-oriented case sized to sit alongside a 16V pack rather than replace it.
SuperCELL 33-Series
Individual cells for building or repairing a bank to your own specification.

Common Questions
What does a capacitor bank actually do?
It delivers current the instant a load asks for it, so the system voltage does not dip while the battery and alternator catch up. That is what keeps lights steady and amplifiers clean when the demand spikes.
Does a SuperBANK replace my battery?
No. A capacitor is designed to work alongside a battery, providing voltage stability and higher power handling
How do I pick a size?
Start with the case that fits the space you have, then choose the capacitance in that case. Part numbers read as farads first, case second: SB1260-31 is 1260 farads in a group 31 case.
Do I need anything else to install one?
Standard battery cable and a solid mounting point. The bank connects in parallel with the battery, as close to the load as the install allows.
What is the difference between a SuperBANK and a SuperCELL?
A SuperBANK is a finished, cased bank ready to install. SuperCELLs are individual cells for building or repairing a bank yourself.
