As the IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems. This position will provide application support to all employees and act as the initial point of contact and first line technical support in addressing/resolving questions concerning Information Technology issues in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in system administration.
Responsibilities:
Proactively provide services that meet or exceed our expectations and service levels.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT multi-company infrastructure, including networks, servers, VPN, firewall and security systems.
Support corporate applications, internal local and remote corporate servers, user desktops, remote and traveling users, e-mail, and system access.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
Maintain and provide repairs as needed to all network attached equipment, printers, and software in offices and on the shop floor.
Assist end users with resolution of hardware and software problems.
Respond to production system problems promptly and in a professional manner.
Maintain inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
Assists with the installation and support of new software, hardware and other IT projects.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support business objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT operations and system administration.
Must have knowledge:
Microsoft suite of products, Office, Exchange, Active Directory, and networking infrastructure.
Strong technical skills in networking, server administration, and security.
Proficiency with system administration tools and software.

Responsibilities & Qualifications for Shipping Specialist
•Plan logistics to ensure scheduling of both large and small shipments
•Ensure all shipments receive the proper labeling and postal charges and are packaged to arrive safely
•Keep management and supervisors aware of product shortages in order to maintain accurate information on the company website
•Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly boxing and storing goods in their designated location
•Accurately package, label and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges
•Trouble shoot shipping and customer issues that arise and work to solve them
•Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, as many packages are large
•Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
•Experience scheduling LTL, FedEx, UPS, etc., a must

XS Power Batteries is looking to fill a shipping and receiving position. An interest in automotive racing, performance or audio is also plus!
The returns and warranties(RGA) clerk will work exclusively from our Knoxville, TN warehouse. Some shipping/receiving experience is required, as well as experience using basic hand tools and electrical diagnostic equipment. The primary task of this position will be handling returns and evaluating, and in some cases repairing returned, warrantied products(RGA). This person will also verify and keep records of the company’s incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Records receipt of incoming materials and equipment.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Responsible for testing and repair of returned goods
•Evaluating, charging and testing of batteries
•Evaluating, repairing and testing of battery chargers
•Evaluating, receiving and determination of other accessories
